Cancellation of service should be 24 hours in advance, less than that non refundable of the service amount.

Rescheduling of the service should be 12 hours before the service.

Client can claim damage or loss with 12 hour notice more than that Service Master will nullify the any claim.

Client must secure the valuable things such us jewelries, cash or any expensive things because Service Master will be no responsibility or liability on the mentioned claim.

On spot Cancellation, full amount of service will be charge.

Refunds will be done through the original mode of payment.

Client can complaint anytime during the service or after the service if the client is not satisfied with the service, replacement or retouch will be possible after further assessment. Complaint more than 24 hours after the service will not be accepted. Our goal is to give 100% customer Satisfaction.

During the service if the site will have unexpected people or any non related on the booked service agreement contract, we will not be held liable for not completing the service.
